CYA Privacy Policy

CYA ("we", "the app") is a restaurant membership and rewards app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account info — your name, email, and (optionally) phone number, used to create and secure your membership account.
• Rewards activity — points earned/redeemed, membership tier, coupons, referrals, and favourite restaurants, used to run the loyalty program.
• Camera — used only to scan QR codes at checkout. We do not store photos or video.
• Location — optional; used only to show nearby member restaurants on the map. You can decline and still use the app.

How we use it

Only to provide the membership service: identify your account, award and redeem points, apply member pricing, and show your rewards. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising or tracking.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore). Access is restricted to operating the CYA program and participating member restaurants for redemption.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing us. Your records are then removed or anonymised.

Children

CYA is not directed at children under 13.

CYA(「我们」「本 App」)是一款餐厅会员与奖励 App。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息以及如何使用。

我们收集的信息

• 账号信息 — 你的姓名、邮箱、(可选)电话号码,用于创建并保护你的会员账号。
• 奖励记录 — 积分的累积/兑换、会员等级、优惠券、推荐、收藏餐厅,用于运行会员计划。
• 相机 — 仅用于结账时扫描二维码。我们不会保存照片或视频。
• 位置 — 可选;仅用于在地图上显示附近的会员餐厅。你可以拒绝,仍可正常使用 App。

使用方式

仅用于提供会员服务:识别账号、累积与兑换积分、应用会员价、展示你的奖励。我们不会出售你的数据,也不用于第三方广告或追踪。

数据存储

你的数据通过 Google Firebase(身份验证与 Firestore)安全存储,仅用于运营 CYA 计划及参与的会员餐厅核销。

数据删除

你可随时发邮件要求删除账号及个人数据,我们会将记录删除或匿名化处理。

儿童

CYA 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。
